Cancellation Policy

Keene's Pointe Tennis has a 12 hour cancellation policy for all private / semi-private sessions. If a private / semi-private is cancelled less than 12 hours, it will counts toward your package paid. If a private / semi-private is cancelled 12 hours before or more, you can reschedule the session to another day / time that works for both parties. For example: if your child’s lesson starts at 9am Sunday, you must notify us before 9pm on Saturday.
